Erika Trelles is an organizational development (OD) consultant for Emory University and has been with Emory for five years. Her goal is to support the effectiveness of Emory by aligning organizational behavior with business strategy and fostering a culture where people can be successful. This includes using the DiSC and Birkman feedback, 360 feedback, Clifton Strengths, Change Management training, and team building for multiple schools, divisions, and affiliate organizations.
Erika has a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management & Leadership and an MBA. She is a certified executive coach through The Academies, a certified DiSC and Birkman consultant, and a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional.
